Bariatric Advantage

I got a couple of free samples from the NUT at my appointment. The Orange one is pretty tasty. I made it with almond breeze reduced sugar almond milk(I use the unsweetened one before surgery) added a little frozen cherries and fresh rasberries. It was super good.

      I use to buy that too but very $$$$. I now use Body Fortress. At Walmart under $20. I use 1 scoop of the chocolate. My dietitian told me to buy this brand.I do buy their vitamins. Great prices.

    My doctor requires that you use that one and the vitamins for the 2 weeks before and after I'm off the clear liquids

    Bought some chocolate yesterday. Haven't tried it yet, but that stuff is pricy! $60 for that bag I bought! Hope it's good!
