  1. Thank you for this! Good luck, don't give up, if you can't afford a gym ( and I can totally relate), walk daily, increasing the lengths daily, buy a Zumba cd and do it at home, you've gone too far to let a mere 20lbs bring you down! Good Luck!!

  9. Sleeved May 5th, I get up about every 3 hours to walk (and sip water). Anyone else do this? I'm thinking the walking can only help....
  10. I too was sleeved on Monday and my sore throat began Tuesday, its already getting better, try frequent small sips of water. Good Luck, feel better.

  12. I'm running a slight temp and worried sick. My dr says I need to do more deep breathing. I was sleeved on Monday 5/5. Anyone else had this issue?
  13. I have been running a slight fever, my doc says I have to do more deep breathing to open up my lungs. Anyone else has this issue? I am sore, trying to get my liquids in and walking around the house every 3 hours. Can't wait to feel better.
