Girl my first few wks i didnt want to move either. It was week 3 that i started feeling a ton better for me. And that first wk i practiced wht i preach to my patients and used my incentive spirometer. And coughing and deep breathing to open those lungs

Well i just weight self yesterday with a total of 42 lbs loss. I am so happy i did this surgery. I went from 330 lbs to 288 lbs. Cant wait til i am no longer in 200' s. But i am not pushing anything. It will all come of in time with good eatting and exercise:)

Okay i am hoping someone out there can help me. All day my stomach has been acting up. It was a few days since i had bowel movement so i did take stool softner which now i am able to have bowel movement and several. Well i noticed some blood with a jelly like sustance. Has that happen to anyone after they took stool softners.

I take flintstones actual at walmart brand flintstones have exact same stuff in it. So i take these and my blood work levels been good. And of course doctors office wants u buy theres. More money for them

Haha ya you aint joking. And when we say very small our small is maybe 2 tablespoons at least for me. There was no way i could do this without the surgery

You are not alone.. i cant believe how much people eat and the kind of foods.. oh ya and i was the worst kind i ate everything not good for me. And now that i have changed and no one else has i can see big difference. It makes me feel like i preach about wht u should eat but i dont cause no one will understand unless they have had this surgery

Designer whey and champion have good tasting protein powders. I love them. And u can buy them fro vitashoppe.com.. i have chocolate and cookies and cream and vanilla almond they all taste very good. And I am one of those people that cannot stand the taste of other protein drinks. They are not made any equal in taste but those 2 brands are soooo good and they will give money back if u dont like them

Not sure if true but was told to always mix my protein powders with colds .. water or milk because mixing in warm foods break down the proteins before your body can absorb it
