As far as no energy goes it is so important to get your necessary amount of protein or u will feel like shit. Protein drinks work very well for me. I drink designer whey and champion whey brands. They taste very good and is easy on my stomach. My friend that had surgery 11 yrs ago introduced me to it and thank god cause some protein drinks taste like shit
You are so right about those protein shakes.. they are life savers. I love the way designer whey and champion whey taste.. I can tell real fast when i dont get enough protein in.
Thanks guys a ton.. I told doctors office it is impossible to get that much cals in right now. Its funny that just few months ago i could go get fast food and consume that much or more easy.. now just watching my husband eat i think to myself man u eat alot but i would eat more then him and he never had weight issues.

I had my surgery nov 19 and i was on liquid diet 10 days before surgery first couple days were hard and i had great support of my husband but there were days i cried cause i wanted food. But i new that if i messed up there was a chance the doctor could nick my liver and i didnt need any further problems. Now all is said and done this surgery was best thing i could have done
I been told i should be taking in least 1000 calories. I get in maybe 600 cals in a day. I can only eat like 2 tablespoons and feel full and cant eat anymore. I have no problem taking in liquids that goes down easy but foods different story. My surgery for the sleeve was nov 19.2013. So just over 4 wks. Just wondering if others are having same issue
