Two Flintstones Completes in the morning here! Super cheap at Walmart online.

I'm almost out of my Flintstones and bought a bariatric vitamin. I can already tell I don't like the taste much (or the price) so I will be yabba-dabba-doing again after I'm done with the new ones.

My surgeon suggested the Flintstones complete- which is what I take. As long as it's ok with your doc, it's good.

I'm on day 9 post op and I've been taking 2 Flinstones with added Iron for a multivitamin. I was taking centrum chewables but stopped post op after I got home because I'm currently having to take; Augmentin, Hydrocodone, sublingual B complex, sublingual D, Protonix, plus my multivitamin Every Day! The centrum chewable I was taking did not have added iron and I had to chew 4 gumball size chewables a day. I started takin the Flinstones because they have the added iron and I only need to take 2 a day and they are small. Someone told me it's BAD!!!!
What should I take for a multi?
