I'm now 4 1/2 months out. Had surgery on 2/10/14. The pic on the left is me at my highest 316lbs. The left was yesterday 6/27/14. I'm currently hovering at 221-223lbs. I'm about 22-24lbs from my goal of 199!!! I wanna make it to Onederland sooooo bad!!! Hopefully this plateau will end soon!!! I feel great tho!! Better then I ever remember feeling!! Here's a before and after shot of me. Started my 2 week pre-op on 1/27/14 at 305.6 and then I was sleeved on 2/10/14 weighing in at 289.9. Now 3 months post-op I weighed in at 234.6!! I'm down 55.3 since surgery and a total of 81.4 since 6/2013!!! Very proud of myself!!! Can't wake to see future changes in my progress [ATTACH]44029[/ATTACH]

Oh ok! You know the area!! Thanks for the kind words. I've been working really hard to keep the weight coming off. I'm in the process of trying to get into the police academy so I need to drop some more weight if I'm ever gonna make it through in 1 piece. So I'm back to the gym everyday making it happen. We can definitely chat if you'd like. I haven't gone to one that the doctors offer but I went to one in Clark that is done at the RWJ Fitness center. It was really nice. You would be more then welcome if yuppy wanted to join in. It's this sat the 3rd at 1030am. Lemme know if you wanna go and I'll email the leader for you. Thank you very much!!! I can't wait for the future!!

Hey I'm doing very well! Feeling great!! Tomorrow is actually 10 weeks and I'm down 51lbs!! Couldn't be happier with the progress. I like Montes and Glassnap but I decided to go with Montes. She made me feel the most comfortable. You going to Somerset or Springfield? You're not too far from where I am. I'm in Woodbridge.
