I won't miss everyone looking at me when the car scrapes on a speed bump.

I tried Cheerios 1/2 cup and it has worked for me. I have them once every two weeks or so so not every day. I tried shredded wheat but did not agree with me.
Much better habits than the overflowing bowl of coco crispies every morning.

Back from vacation and lost 6.5 pounds.

I have been on vacation for two weeks and my pants are slipping off. I can hardly wait to weigh in tomorrow to see how much weight I have lost.

My doctor said I could swim one week after the scabs fell off. Next week I am in Hawaii for my 30th anniversary and I can swim, yahoo!

Finally discharged from the hospital and home. Man it feels good to sit on my own couch. The staff at the hospital was super no complaints and everything went really well. Sipped my first liquid loretab, not too bad. Wishing everything goes as well for everyone else.

Hey people. I went under at 4pm yesterday. It was tough with no liquids but worth it.
Not much pain with the morphine. Going for my upper GI so I can start sipping Water.

On Clear Liquids today. The hospital called and I am scheduled for surgery at 3:30 tomorrow afternoon. I can hardly wait.

Aetna told me 15 days after they received my package. They took 14 days 5 hours but who was counting? I was really worried but they approved my surgery. Hang in ther.

Just got approved and scheduled for June 11th. Woohoo.

I am doing really good now that I know I am approved. Since I will start a 7 day liquid diet on Tuesday we had Dairy Queen for dinner. I won't have ice cream or milk products for quite a while. I bought two Protein shakers at Walmart tonight to get ready and can hardly wait.

I am in the same situation tomorrow. I attend my last nutrition class tomorrow afternoon and then my paperwork goes in.
