  1. And you're working it too. Showing a little thigh and your arms look really good too. I think its time to add another short dress or skirt now.
  2. Ms Diva you look amazing. I love the fact that your body appears to be losing in all areas at the same time. My shoe size went down from a 9/9.5 to a 8/8.5 ... I had to purge all my shoes. I'm having a hard time shopping too. I started out in a 3x and now I'm rocking a Med/Lg and 12/14. I've had a ball closet jumping in my 21 and 10 year old girls closet. They got the nerve to get mad... But I buy everything. LOL
  3. I ate solids about a week out... But I chewed the hell out if my food. I went from liquids to solids. But once again I chewed my food completely.
  4. Due to the earths gravity pull all scales are off by at least +30-40, plus your clothes and Water weight... RMAO Always deduct about 50 lbs from any scale then go by an averaged amount just to be fair.... LOL Wishful thinking!!!
  5. I love seeds.. but didn't they say no nuts.
  6. Oh Em Gee... I'm about 2.5 months post op. Last week I had a measured 1/2 cup of black coffee with creamer and splenda for the first time after surgery. LET ME TELL YOU.. I was so wired I spring cleaned my house and even every closet and cabinet. I literally was high for 6 hours and going strong with cleaning. I woke up the next day sore and cramping. LOL
  7. Wow! 109? What's your starting weight before surgery?
  8. I have 4 kids ages 21, 11, 9 and 1 and have breastfeed them all to the age of 2... It's crazy how that takes a toll on your boobs. The weight I had on was only deceiving me to think "My milk shake brings all the boys to the yard!" ... When really I guess I was just false advertising... LOL
  9. With the combo of losing weight before and after surgery my boobs have vanished. I've went from a va-voom 44DD and post op almost 3 months I'm now a 35C. Id even say it could be a possible B cup cause my boobs are swimmig on my C cup bra. I'm only 3 months out... I'm scared to see where I'll be at post op 1 year.

  14. Yoga is an awesome form of strength training. I work out like crazy like walking, jogging, calistetics, ankle and wrist weight exercises, medicine ball and I just started yoga a few days ago. Let me tell you that the yoga has gotten me the most sore out of all the exercises. I felt every single muscle in my body hurt later that day. It was also too the most relaxing form of exercise. My daughter and I walked 4 miles and then I let her play at the park while I did yoga in the shade. I LOVED IT! I'm planning to do it again today. Go on YouTube and theres several workouts you can stream from your phone. You hold he positions so you're able to pause your phone between moves. ~Leticia **HW: 259**PreOp: 216**SURG: 3/21/13 **Discharged @: 221**9 weeks post op. CW: 182.6 lbs. ---ONE-DERLAND ---
