So I'm 7 weeks post op and the last few days I've been actually hungry. I just don't feel satisfied. I'm getting in all my Water and Protein. Not sure what's going on?

Ive read several posts regarding hunger & some say its a mind thing...we're so used to eating what we want & when we want it that our brain has not caught up with our bodies...good luck!
