  3. What kind of questions do you have? I had surgery 11/20 ...
  4. It took me toabout 5th week to really start feeling better...at least once everyday I had regrets but that has passed now..there's so much to adjust to on the beginning...each day will get easier so hang there!

Its better to stay on top of the pain..if you wait to take pain med til you're really hurting its harder to get it back under control..at least that's what I've been told and experienced..i have bad neuropathy in my legs from chemo and I take vicodin everyday..i always try to stay on top of the pain

I'm doing ok...much like you I wish the weight was coming off a little quicker..i try not to compare my loss to others...maybe slow is a good thing...few changes I need to make that would help and that being exercise..its been too cold (-17° this morning) to get out and walk! I don't work so I'm struggling a little ever day with boredom hunger! Hopefully I can get past this!

  8. Hope you are feeling better...if you feel you need another day in the hospital, don't be afraid to tell them..
  9. It gets better so hang in there but if you feel you need a little help getting thru it you should contact your Dr...there's no shame in an anti depressant
  10. Just keep trying a little bit at a time and it should get better..did they show you or give you your stones? That liquid Loritab would make me so sleepy and the taste would gag me...hope you start feeling better real soon
  11. They would most likely want to start iv fluids tho so you don't get too dehydrated...

  13. I thought it was a bit early for me to start reg food but so far so good...salad is really the only new thing I've tried.

That's great..the hardest thing I had to do was quit smoking..but I'vE done it..the rest should fall into place..I'm on regular food now and I'm finding it hard to figure out what to eat really..Dr told me to quit worrying about calories but I think i need to add more...idk...this is all trial and error as I go...i wish I had someone to just make out a daily menu for me! I'm gonna try making a menu plan got a week at a time and see if that makes it easier...right now I'm just winging it everyday..getting most of my protein in..still struggling with all the fluid tho...
