  4. I don't like the pure protein..guess I'll have to look at others to try...i just bought a few for the first time so I'm still looking at labels
  5. That's good to know, thanks...hope you're feeling better
  6. Has anyone tried the Zone bars? I found one yesterday that is cinnamon roll! Very good! 210 cal, 15g protien, 22gcarb and 15g sugar...seems a little high but maybe not so bad if you only have a few bites at a time..I've also tried the fudge Graham cracker one..
  7. Sounds scary ....I'm second guessing more about going to a thrift store! I have in the past and never had problems
  8. I'm 2 months out...i at least want to hit the 30 pound mark...stuck on 29..i keep track everyday..exc at least 30 min a day...is it my age(49) holding me back? I don't take any meds for thyroid but a few months ago I had ultra sound and found I have several growths on my thyroid..biopsy came back clear...is this affecting my weight loss?
  9. How do I change my profile picture? I don't remember how I got one on here!
  10. That sounds good!
  11. I've been getting the Hormel ff turkey chili...1/2c with 1/4c moz cheese = 19g protien 170 cal ..quick easy lunch
  12. Oh boy that bites..sorry..I'm not sure..maybe it would dehydrate you? No one ever went over that kind of stuff with me so I have no advice if it was me tho I would do whatever makes me more comfortable....try am ice pack maybe...that works for me to take away the itch
  13. I'm not brave enough to try the harder chewy ones yet..the Turkey bites see soft..really good flavor too
  14. Good for you! I'm happy for you! Make sure you get the papaya enzymes!
  15. Glad to hear you're doing good ..protein shakes are not my favorite! I'm 2 months out and finding now I rarely need a shake but when I do I use the Walmart one and just double the scoop for 8oz....i still fall short on liquids but everything else is going good...weight is coming off slow..30 lbs now since 11/20 but I'm ok with that..i average about 800cal and 70g protien and try to get 30 min on exc bike if I can't get out to walk. The worse part for me is chewing good enough..i find at least once a day I'm sticking my finger down my throat to try and bring something up if the papaya enzymes don't work fast enough..i hate that..but I hate the pain more
