  1. That's about a normal amount for me..depends on what I eat...some textures fill up faster than others...say I can typically eat 2chix wings and maybe atbs of potatoes at once, or 1egg and 1 1/2 sausage link..scrambled egg I can barely eat the whole thing but fried I have no problem....i don't always measure...i can feel my limit.....
  2. I have many days that I feel like grazing...and I don't work so its hard somedays..
  3. The first month was easier when I knew the things to eat like cream soup or yogurt..but now that I can eat regular food I'm struggling a little with what to eat so I know out of fear I'm not eating enough! I wish I had a laid out menu everyday to follow!
  4. Wear atshirt or camisole under the belly binder...
  5. Im going to try this thing called patience lol!

My surgery was 11/20 ...yea I might need to add more calories...i was getting around 800 but I think I've dropped again...i also try to eat like 5 small meals ...one of my faults and probably the biggest is I haven't been able to get out and walk as it's been so cold here...going to take the xmas tree down so I have room for my exercise bike for now ....it is frustrating seeing some of the others bigger weight loss..i try to remind myself not to compare cuz every one is different...also I'm sure I'm older than many on here....I'm 49...I've give thru cancer which eliminated me going thru menopause but I still have the hormone effects with weight gain...ugh!! I thoughT by now I would be down 40 lbs not 22! And yes I play that game with the same lb every day!
  7. I'm not sleeping good either...i fall asleep and within 1/2 hour I wake up...this is every night...
  8. I'vE been in a2wk stall....gggrrrrr....we'll get past it! Very frustrating tho...I'm going to try just shakes(bleeekkk) for a few days and see what happens

Lisa the endoscope is no big deal..you won't feel it or remember it...I've had several...all of mine before rny...is weird that my foods used to get stuck before every having rny and it always helped getting the scope done..they always called it rotar rooter lol...i was well aware of what it would feel like having something stuck before I had surgery....best of luck to you

  14. That sounds expensive..how many in a bottle? I paid like $4 for 180 pills...i think this bottle will last for a long time..
  15. Head hunger ugh..boredom hunger I think...I'm fighting it too...not hungry but still want to Munch...i think it would help if I was out of the house doing things...
  16. Yes it's a chewable pill and it helps with digestion...if you have something that seems to get stuck it helps break it up...
