i have just the 1 mile but i just bought on ebay mile 1 2 and 3 mile. i like using it in the privacy of my home. it does get me motivated to use this each day. sue

hi hazel eyes i too found that i had 3cc in my band when they placed it. i now have 3 fills. up to 6cc in band now. i feel restriction now, i was at a stand still for about a month. i had surgery on nov 7 2007. sue

hi i live in st ignace had my surgery at gts and i to started a support group. so far we have 6 people coming to it. but i hope for more. it is very casual it nice to just have someone to talk to, and how things are going. we just did not limit it to LBS but for everyone who has had WWS. right now i'm at a stand still. not evert happy about that. sue

sue2006 where do you live. we have too much snow. sick of this leaving for florida for vacation. sue

hi i was banded on nov 7th 2007. i had the same pain it is gas. try a heating pad and i also took gas x the thin strips,they work well. hope this helps it will not last more than a few days. sue

hi teach lady my name is sue . i had my surgery in tc and a few of us from the upper peninsula i live in st ignace want to start a small support group. i noticed that you started one in alpena. can you give us some ideas on how to start this. there are about 10 to 15 people that i know in this area that has had either lapband or rny. your help would mean alot. thank you sue

misty i'm doing great. the liquid stage was not that bad. when i first came home from the hospital you will not be hungry and the liquids are for only 1 week, it was easy to do. get sf popsciles,i bought walmart crystal light they have alot of flavors,chicken and beef broth about a half a cup at a time. alots of water.any questions please ask. take care sue

hi all i had my surgery on nov 7th in traverse city with dr featherstone. so far everything has gone smooth. i go for my first fill on dec 18th. i have not had any problems fell wonderful. sue

this was also my first surgery, you will never know it was there. the only thing is you will have a dry throat for a few days, but i goes away. sue

hi i was banded on nov 7th, and i too still have some pain at my port site, my first fill is on dec 18th. mt favorite is also homemade chili, but i take shredded cheddar cheese put it in fry pan let it bubble flip it let it cook until brown around the edge. protein cheese chip soooo gooood sue

i was banded on nov 7th my first fill is dec 18th. so far i'm feeling great lost 22lbs so far, but i know that this will come to a stop now that i can eat pretty much anything sue

hi i just returned from my 2 week post op with dr featherstone in tc and i have lost 21lbs. i know that the next 4 weeks will be hard, but if i walk and watch what i eat i should be okay

patti in nj try slim fast high protein powder it's very good. the vanilla i mixed with orange juice and it tasted like a dreamsicle. put in a few ice cubes little bit of skim milk little bit of organge juice and powder, i'm sure you will like this.they do make unflavored that i bought online from unjury that i have added to jello and it did not change the taste

i had my surgery on nov 7th and my stomach is so itchy. what can i do for this????

demsvmejm hi i have a few ??? for you. did you have to do the protein drinks, what kind did you use. have you had any problems since your surgery. sounds like you did not have a good experience with dr's office. my pcp has said nothing but great things of dr's office. the process for me has been quick. the only problem i had was the phsy was out of network so i have to pay out of pocket. sounds like you are doing great, keep up the good work sue:kiss2:

hi my surgery is nov 7th. does anyone have to do pre op diet? I WAS JUST WONDERING WHAT IS THE BEST TASTING PROTEIN DRINK MIX TO BUY?
