I stalled for over a month!! Luckily it broke. But when I had went to my 3 month post op February 13th I had only lost 12 pounds since the last time I was there December 13th.

Half piece of salmon from Chili's and 2 small broccoli sprouts. Somehow the past few days I have only been able to eat just a few bites and get really full

I was put to sleep released same day. The second time I was in hospital for 5 days. Went in Christmas day Tuesday They fixed the stricture on a Wednesday then ultrasound on Thursday and gall bladder removal on Friday came home on Saturday

It gets better!!! I had the CT scan last month. That stuff is nasty you have too drink!! And a lot of it too boot with a tiny stomach. The EDG for stricture dilatation is very easy

Refried is allowed at pureed /soft phase.

I got the sf Italian sweet cream and SF caramel. But I also use regular plain old powder creamer sometime not sf

I know!!! I don't like them all leaving!! Its like we are losing all the Veterans and getting newbies which is good don't get me wrong but its nice to have those that had Surgery before me be role models and offer advice

Honestly what are you doing so right that I am doing so wrong??? You are doing awesome!! I had my surgery day before you and have lost 64 pounds since surgery!!

You do look great!! I don't think I have ever been a size 8!! The last small size I remember was 13/14. Last week my daughter gave me a pair of jeans that were too small on her. So I tried them on they are size 13's. Now they are snug so I wont be wearing them a lot till I lose some more for them not to be so tight. But hey they buttoned and zipped and didn't have to lay on the bed to do it lol

The dilate the hole with a balloon. I have had 2 strictures. Its easy breezy!!

Oh and definitely going to be a protein shake day for snacks

I have no clue and it might not have been dumping. I have horrible constipation due to lack of fluids. So the only thing I did different was besides my 2-3 times a week miralax I took 3 days ago 2 dulcalax.

Doing wonderful!!! I wouldn't even count that half pound!! One good bowel movement today and its gone lol!!!
