  1. I was sore for about a week that I took pain meds for. Each day eases up some
  2. The past couple days it has been hurting too eat and drink again. This evening I just feel like throwing up. Maybe I ate something today that makes me feel like yucky tonight.

  5. I have to go buy some clothes this payday. My 16's are so baggy in the butt area looks like I've taken a dump in them and constantly having to pull then up. It's hard yo believe 3 months ago I was 22-24's. I an going to try on this time and start with 12's knowing I probably need 14's but you never know I an still on a rapid weight loss week losing still about a pound a day. Don't know what I an doing different but I am not changing it lol
  6. After vomiting I would suggest letting your pouch rest and not worryabout the protein but get fluids in still

  8. Yup this is exactly what happened to me with mine. Dr did blood work last week when it was happening. I guess it was ok as they never called with results
  9. Awesome Kristy!!! I can't wait to start exercising again. Pcp told me to hold off till after my next appointment since I am still having discomfort from gallbladder surgery. But I have been cleaning and going to school and shopping so I am not just sitting or laying around
  10. I have had 2 stalls so far. The last one lasting 4 weeks. December 24 I weighed 234 that was week I had to go back to hospital for 5 days. When I got out I had lost to 224 that was in December 29. Didn't lose anymore until January 25 that was to 221 just 3 pounds and now this week to 217. But I probably will stall again now for a week or so. That's how it seems to be working lose up to 10 then stall a few weeks
  11. I have to go next payday and get me some clothes. My 16's are baggy so going to try 14's and buy a 12 too. And I definitely need shirts.

  14. Welcome!!! 70 pounds is awesome!!! I just reached 70 lost yesterday!!! I probably get maybe 30 ounces of fluids or less a day. Something I know I need to work on
  15. Interesting!! I am always constipated!! I sure hope someone tells me if I stink cause I can't smell it lol
  16. This is normal!! The nerves in your pouch isn't healed yet and that is why it is so important to measure everything that you eat and drink. You will start getting it in a few more weeks
  17. Awwwww hope you feel better soon. I know my 3 year old granddaughter was diagnosed with strep today poor baby said grandma my mouth hurts and she had bad breath this morning. She is so pitiful when she gets sick and even more spoiled then she already is
  18. A lot of people stall around 3-4 week post op. I had that one last a week and a half and then another that lasted about 4 weeks
  19. You can try this recipe with the vanilla premier protein shake. Take brewed decaf coffee and poor your shake into it. Shake real good and then pour over ice. I poor about 6 ounces over ice at a time. You can also add peanut butter to the chocolate one and blend with ice in blender
