Not full

Help. I am 2 weeks and 2 days post op and I'm eating about 600 calories a day. Meetin water and protein requirements. Walking a mile or 2 daily and I have never felt really full. I ate 1/2 cup of chili tonight no problems at all. Help.

This is normal!! The nerves in your pouch isn't healed yet and that is why it is so important to measure everything that you eat and drink. You will start getting it in a few more weeks
