dizzy and aunt flo help!

ok so aunt flo came about two days ago and I have been feeling like I'm going to pass out ill be fine one sec and then the next I feel like I'm going to faint has this happened to anyone else?

I puked and was so nauseous the first two days of my first round after surgery. I hope the next one isn't so bad :(

I know I'm a guy, but you most likely have low iron.That can make you feel bad and tired. Specially when aunt flo is in, lol.

Yup this is exactly what happened to me with mine. Dr did blood work last week when it was happening. I guess it was ok as they never called with results
