Ok so today about 3 times i have felt like my sugar is dropping. and now i have this pain that is constant on upper left side (where pouch or old stomach is) and goes to my back and a dull pain on right side same area. i feel bloated and gassy, and i had my gallbladder out back in december so i know its not that. also my right shoulder is hurting all of a sudden. i havent exercised to cause muscle pain or strain. i just need to see if it could be like pancreatis or something i just know i dont want to go to er if its nothing.
  5. Was on my doctors list of foods pureed/soft food stage
  6. It can unfortunately last a week or two then can just fluctuate a week or two but it does pass but is frustrating and discouraging while it is happening
  7. At your stage is when I developed a stricture. But try this....one papaya enzymes. These help in digestion and when food feels stuck etc.. two really try and take baby baby bites and chew very well. Three call your doctor and let them know and do the other two things while waiting for an answer from them
  8. It can be done!! But I have seen it mainly in those that had a lot of weight to lose. The closer we get to our Ideal body weight the slower it comes off.
  9. Sam's club has pre cooked mesquite chicken breast. I love them!! I either dice it up and add to salad or just eat it with different veggies
  10. SURGERY 10/29/12 HW 287 (week before surgery) SW 276 CW 208. Fluctuating between 207-208 Sooo 79-80 pounds lost
  11. I am losing about a pound every week. Very discouraging, but its a loss anyhow
  12. Most everyone stalls 3-4 weeks post op for a week or so!! Have faith it will come off!! I can say that now as I felt the same way you are at same post op time! Now I am 4 1/2 months post op and down 80 pounds
  13. I know those PEEPS follow me as I am walking!!! Love me some peeps
  14. I noticed you said you started eating rice and bread. These carbs suppose to make you crave more carbs. May make sense in the feeling of constantly hungry
  15. I will be 5 months post op on 10/29 and down 69 since surgery. 80 since week prior to surgery
  16. Welcome and good luck!! It is a wonderful journey a bit painful in different ways but well worth it
  17. I am going through that right now and will again week before that monthly!!
  18. No you are not done!! I had surgery 10/29/12 and I started out 287. 276 at surgery and now 207-209. Its been fluctuating back and forth last month was 214-212 then finally started losing again
  19. It is probably water retention. This happens to me if I have too much sodium or when its almost that time of month or if I haven't had a bm in a couple days
  20. I will be 5 months post op on the 29th. They are not homemade. I bought them at Sam's.
