Ok so today about 3 times i have felt like my sugar is dropping. and now i have this pain that is constant on upper left side (where pouch or old stomach is) and goes to my back and a dull pain on right side same area. i feel bloated and gassy, and i had my gallbladder out back in december so i know its not that. also my right shoulder is hurting all of a sudden. i havent exercised to cause muscle pain or strain. i just need to see if it could be like pancreatis or something i just know i dont want to go to er if its nothing.
