  1. My muscles and bones hurt now!! And the only thing thaat the doc is doing to help is to send me to physical therapy
  2. I am 6 months post op and still freeze!!
  3. It happens between 3-4 weeks post op and can last 2 weeks. Happens to about 99% of us
  4. No don't worry about it!! Usually everyone when they are 3-4 weeks post op actually stall for about 2 weeks
  5. I lost about 50 pounds the first month then it slowed down to maybe 5-10 a month
  6. I unfortunately can eat most anything. Thing I haven't tried and refuse to try is ice cream. I've heard to many horror dumping stories!! I just started 2 weeks ago to add fruit. Cuties hurt my stomach but apples seem ok for now. Yesterday I finally got to onderland for a total loss of 88 pounds. Will be 6 months on the 29th
  7. I am actually going next week to schedule a hysterectomy. I am 43 and had tubes tied 20 years ago. I am tired of all the pain and bloating and sometimes 2 periods a month

  11. I get real weak right before and during. They checked for anemia but my blood work is always good. I also get hungry as all get out. Then the day or night before I get flu like symptoms
  12. We are about on the same track!! I am down 88 pounds today. And made it to onderland this morning after being 202-204 for 2 weeks

  16. It is hard to adjust. I am wearing size 12-14's. I hold them up and say I can't fit into those!!! Our brains just need to catch up!!

  19. I am on another stall. I think it is bathroom issues. For the past 2-3 days I feel so bloated and gassy and cramping. Just took some dulculax and miralax so hopefully it helps!!
  20. I am 5 months post op and the past 2-3 days after I eat or drink no matter what it is I feel like someone is taking a bicycle air pump pumping up my stomach and the cramps lower abdomen is really bad. Anyone else experience this?
  21. I am stalling one to two weeks out of each month starting at two months post op. My surgery was 10/29/12 and I have lost 74 pounds since. So you are about on track with me!! What do you find to be difficult six months out?
  22. Nice job!!! I am almost there with you!! Surgery was 10/29/12 and was 276 day of surgery and fluctuating between 201-204 this week. Really holding onto fluid this week
  23. There really isn't anything that I am not eating. I still avoid pasta and any bread I eat is very very limited maybe once or twice a month. I am down 85 pounds and still have 50-60 to lose. My goal right now is to reach onderland. In which by Friday I should be.
