1. I went from 22 to now 5 months later 12-14. Down 85 pounds. I find if I buy at least one pair of pants that fit me instead of waiting till old ones fall off me, I feel better about myself and can see the results of all the hard work I am doing to lose weight.
2. I've noticed that too lately!! If I wait to eat then when I do its a little painful
3. Unfortunately I am a bad role model as I do not follow the diet 100% I try but I am human. I have no problems with food except salad makes me sick the morning after
4. I am 5 months post op today down 85 pounds!!

12. I don't know how I am doing lol!! I am feeling so off. Nauseous and so weak. Never know what's normal or not normal anymore. First day so far that I haven't had stomach cramps this week. I realize now it has to be salad. Cause each morning after I have ate it is when it happened. I am down 81-82 pounds. I weighed 287 then pre op liquid diet week before surgery I got to my surgery weight of 276. Now 206-205. Can't wait to reach onderland!!!
13. As long as the sugar is under 10 grams you should be ok but everyone is so different with this surgery. I dump but it takes a really high amount or like I ate a poptart and it caused dumping but I can eat a sugar cookie and be just fine
14. Ok so I had salad and chicken. I don't think salad is good for me!! My abdomen is cramping big time!!
15. I will try these too!!
16. I will!! I will get some later!!
17. I do not count calories or carbs I am down 80 pounds in 4 1/2 months.
18. Ok I am going to try making those Emily bites tomorrow
19. I think the reason for not counting calories right now is because we do not absorb them like we did. When we get further out I think it corrects itself. That is why they call it the honeymoon period
20. The 1/4 cup is a must at your stage because the nerve endings are not healed in your pouch to tell of its overfull or not. Eating more at one time can cause staple line leaks and can cause pain as it does take a few months to heal. About 4-6 months out you will be able to eat 1/2 cup or more
