Gallstone attack

Is it possible to have a gallstone attack two months after surgery. I had an attack in November and around 4pm today I started experiencing a lot of pain on my right side and I'm really nauseas just like before... :( urg.

I was exactly 2 months post op when I had to get gallbladder removed! Very normal!!

My doctor gave me ursodiol to take for 6 months to prevent gall stones. ..not sure why not many docs do same ; (

Just curious did you sign consents forms for gallbladder removal when you had your bypass?

I did and he didn't remove it altho we talked about it and he said he would because it would probably come out later!
