I heard of people on here blending it which would work. For the price, size making two or three meals and the protein... Can't go wrong!:)

I hear a lot of people love this.

High protein, low fat. ^_^

Was on my doctors list of foods pureed/soft food stage

It was highly recommended to me by my doctor, nutritionist, and other bypass patients but I got it yesterday, puréed it, & ate 1/2 cup last night and 2 hours later had the worst stomach cramps of my life! Took 2 Gas- X & it eased off after about 30 mins. Now I'm scared to eat the rest!

If you are still pureed you probably ate too much. At your stage suppose to be 1/4. Try that and see if it helps. Also remember until your about 3-4 months post op you wont feel full till the nerve endings heal in your pouch from surgery that is why it is so important to measure everything

Thank you. I had today. It was great.. since I can only eat about 4 table spoons I have enough for dinner and maybe lunch tomorrow.

I'm getting tempted to try! Thanks for the idea.
