  13. I'm a little over 5 weeks out. Had my one month appt. and everything is good. 30lbs down! I haven't had "dumping" yet but I have had food getting stuck. OMG it's the most uncomfortable and very painful feeling. The worst one happened two days ago with some chicken. I thought I was going to die....it wouldn't go up or down and it felt like someone was stabbing me in the chest and back. I just have to remember to take my time and chew. I've been reading everyone's post and it seems like most everyone is doing good! Yeah I can't wait for fruits and raw veggies!
  14. Cool! Thanks everyone!
  15. Hey all! Does anyone know of a good coffee creamer that will not cause "dumping"? I know it should be little or no sugar but what about powder verse liquid creamer???
  16. Praying for you! Hope you get better soon!

  18. Hey all, I see I'm not alone in wanting to have not done this! I had to go to the doctors today because i was dizzy and faint. He told me I was dehydrated and needed to get more water in. I'm so miserable. Emotional I don't know how much I can take. All I do is cry and wish I hadn't done this. Physical I'm exhausted, having werid hot flashes (I'm 28), dizzy, and hungry as I've ever been in my life....and I'm hardly sleeping. Please I hope this gets better...
  19. A jp line is just a drainage tube they put in after surgery. Very normal to have one because it helps drain excessive fluid. Feels very funny when they take it out, I had no pain.
