Hey all! Does anyone know of a good coffee creamer that will not cause "dumping"? I know it should be little or no sugar but what about powder verse liquid creamer???

I saw sugar free French vanilla Coffeemate. Think there was also SF Hazelnut too. Not sure about plain though. It was the powder form.

That is good to know cause I need my F.V. creamer but I know the regular stuff is so bad for me, but finding a sugar free form might at least be a step in the right direction...

I got the sf Italian sweet cream and SF caramel. But I also use regular plain old powder creamer sometime not sf

At the grocery store tonight I saw Coffeemate & International Delight liquid creamer in sugar free. Saw French Vanilla, Hazelnut & some other flavor I can't remember. I also saw chocolate sf powder Coffeemate on clearance at Target yesterday.

I love flavored creamers. But after surgery I now use toritos sugar free flavored syrup and milk. It's really good!!!
