I have tri care also I went to the psychologist with no issue just had to stay on him to write my report.

I was told bring a robe lol don't want your tushy hangin out!!

I started my liquid today 5 shakes and 300 calories or less. I am surprised I am doing well do far 1 down 6 to go!!! Next Friday can't get here fast enough!!

Today for me it def came real I did my preregistration with the hospital!! Final Dr appointment on Friday then surgery on August 10th I am soo excited and ready! Good luck with your appointments it will be over before you know it!!!!

We have tricare I had to have 6 nutrient appointments within the year and they did pull some dr notes to use for it. Other then that I did all mr pre op work before the requested approval. I was approved within 2 weeks for all 3 types of the surgery!! Good luck!

Tracy only place I have found the sf honey is the Tarboro Walmart lol my mom mails it to me! Oh that sounds good if you add some sugar free cool whip with the dry Jello and fruit you have a dump salad I love that stuff!!!

I mean honey not pudding must have pudding on the brain

Tonight I mixed 1/3 cup of cottage cheese with a tablespoon of sugar free pudding and it was amazing!

Oh wow that's awesome I been worried about how my surgery will affect my insulin and really pray to come off it quickly.

Got a phone call today from my surgeons office!! If all goes well and the OR approves my surgery will be moved up to July 17th!!! Now I have to wait for a phone call back tomorrow all I can say is omg I feel like a kid on Christmas eve!!!

Oh that's really good to hear!!! I am the one who runs our family he just wears the uniform lol! I just pray I bounce back for him and the big prep of moving back east.

We have tricare also I started my process may 11th. I got my final approval June 22nd and off to surgery August 10. They moved fast for me and I have seen others go soooo slow, but that's tricare for you

Hi everyone I am new to the site! I been trying to research all I could in I feel like a short time. I am scheduled to have surgery on August 10th and then shortly after the my husband military career will be changing and were due to move by Oct 1st. I am 33 mother if one been debating thus procedure for awhile and finally saying lets do this I am having my surgery faster then I have expected. I am so excited but nervouse at the same time, I will be having it over 2 hrs from home and leaving my young son in the hands of other friends. I am glad the military life made me grow up and prepare for this surgery without my family on the east but no matter what I am nervouse. Any advice on how to prep ESP for the post part with having a family to still keep up with?
