Upper GI, Labs, & EKG on Thurs (19th)

Nutrition Eval & Pulmonary Eval on July 26th....the submitting for approval.

Feels so good to finally be getting somewhere....so excited!!!

i finished my program today now just wait on approval

I'm so frustrated right now. My doctor's office called and want a clearance from my pcp ,went to pcps office they lost my medical records. I set there for 3 hours they still couldn't find them. Can't send to insurance without the clearance ugh

Today for me it def came real I did my preregistration with the hospital!! Final Dr appointment on Friday then surgery on August 10th I am soo excited and ready! Good luck with your appointments it will be over before you know it!!!!
