Finally Had My Documents Sent For Approval & Got A Date!

Finally my surgeons office sent out my documents for approval and gave me a surgery date! If I get approved for my revision, I will be having it done August 10th! (10 days before i have to bake for my son's birthday...thanks alot doc! lol)

Fingers crossed for me???
