Absolutely, obnoxiously stinky!!! And I have learned that since surgery I cannot gamble with a fart...., Today I sharted, now I know that is TMI but I just wanna let you know not to take that gamble ! ; )

I am laying here in my hospital bed reading this. I had my surgery 7/11/12 . Also had a huge hernia repair. Everything went well for a couple of days, I was discharged on day five. That was Sunday. Sunday night I was in the ER with difficulty breathing. They wanted to admit me for pneumonia but I refused. I went home and the next morning went back to the hospital and was admitted. I'm hoping to go home today !!!

You hang in there - ya hear me ??? !!! Let me tell you, I am 4 months out and down 74 pounds. I too was in the WTF stage. I questioned daily why I had done what I had done.... I cried, I grieved. Today I went to the movie with my family and had popcorn !! Okay, I didn't get the buttery kind, but I ordered a small bag without the goo and ate it !! I go out with my family and eat very small portions of whatever they are having. What's my point ??? LIFE GETS NORMAL AGAIN !! IT REALLY, REALLY DOES !! I understand everything you are feeling and sympathize greatly, but you hang in there, life all balances out again in the NEAR future.... Life is good !!

PB2 rocks !!!

Leggings are my BFFs right now. And today (drumroll please) I went into Fashion to Figure (a plus size store) and none of their smallest shirt fit right. I was only able to buy a pair of jeans from there. So I went into Forever21 (hated this store for a while, could never find anything that fit me) and viola! I was able to buy 6 shirt size L. From 2x (sometimes 3x) to a Large!!!!! Woo freaking Hoo!

Quest are absolutely the best. No doubt about it. They have 20 g Protein, very little sugar, Fiber and no fat. The best part, they taste good !! Trust me, I have read every label on sooooo many bars these fit the bill perfectly !! Enjoy !!
