Didn't fart at hospital. I barely fart now but talk about smelly poop. Gotta spray several times after I use it. I should buy a warning sign. Lolz

Do post op farts stink? I mean the ones you have in the hospital.

Not only does the protien and increased veggie intake cause you pass more gas (A LOT more gass) but also makes it malodorous, also the fact that much of the digestive process is bypassed, all that fat and whatnot causes A LOT more foul odor...no one mentioned that in the edu classes either :(
