I eat it by the spoon! :)

i've always loved a spoonful stirred into my oatmeal or yogurt. maybe in chocolate pudding too! have you ever tried pb2? it's like peanut powder...they take out the oil which has the cals and fat. It's great to mix into almost anything!

pb sounds so good right now!

Idk if you can buy it in stores but it is made by bell plantation and you can buy it online. If you look it up, check the nutrition info, it will amaze you! Oh yeah, you can mix it with milk or water and just use it as regular pb.

you can buy pb2 from amazon.com

Pb2 rocks !!!

I'm going to get some.

I make PB sandwiches with 1/2 banana on 1/2 tortilla . Also on apple slices..

I made a pb smoothie with yogurt, milk, ice, pb and banana!!! Yummy!!

How long is yet before I can eat peanut butter if I am 6 days post op?

Seems too early. I didn't have real food until after my first followup appointment. Just the protein shakes and purees. If you rush things you'll feel sick. Didn't they tell you what to eat?

Yeah it just not getting it for me. I wanted to put it in my yogurt

I added crystal light lemonade to my Greek yogurt until it ws smooth and light

. Good flavor and not as pasty.
