  1. I think the voimiting is a problem. Constant voimiting can cause a lot of internal damage and u don't want to end up anoxeric. Im not voimiting but I had a hard time eating and my nutrition told me to find whatever I can to stay down and get calories in. Can u do Soups? Fruit? Or crackers? I stick to super soft stuff for right now.
  2. I found I could not do the Protein shakes either 12 brands no luck, but I came across EAS soy protein and it was a miracle! Also, can you tolerate cottage cheese? Another good source of protein. I'm 2 months out and I never get hungry, everyone is different.
  3. Yeahhhh! Im so scared of bread...
  4. I had severe back pain for a few weeks. Most likely it is gas pain and / or weight shifting pain. If it stays only in one particular spot for a long time (days), it could be something else.
  5. Yep! I felt the same way. No one told me I would be in so much pain I would need help to wipe my ass!! The first 2 weeks was pure hell!! But, I think people are scared to make people aware of the truth so they won't change their minds because of the rewards.
  6. Ohhh goodness! What are they saying?
  7. I'm not getting the required amount of 64, but I'm getting fluids. I've been through the dehydration route and I don't want to go back there.
  8. WHen I wake up every morning, my throat is so dry, I can't talk. Anyone else experience this??
  9. Good luck. It will go by super fast.
  10. If my husband was Italian and anyone in his family Cooked authentic Italian I would have ate myself to death. It is my favorite food!!! Lol. Italian Stallions- u guys r crazy!! I'm celebrating my 6 months or 1 derland with pizza.
  11. My doctor advise me to take a shot of olive oil to loosen it up and hope it can slide down.
  12. If it seems too good to be true... U know what they say!! .
  13. Yes, I gained about 6 pounds from fluids etc. Great job!!
  14. Post opp --- 8 weeks Initial weight - 280 Today - 233 Total loss ---- 47 lbs ... Finally getting this scale moving!!!
  15. Sounds pretty normal or close to what I went through. I had no appetite until 2 months. I forced myself to eat a few ounces of soup.
  16. Ok this isn't exactly pizza, but it gives your taste bid a kick, easy to swollen, and light calories! So, slice a tomato. 1 cm thick. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic and mozerella cheese on top and put in the oven - broil til your liking!! Yummy!!
  17. EAS soy is the only shake I was able to tolerate out of 12 various brands. It's higher insugar than most, but it does not taste gross.
  18. Please keep us updated. I do not want to go back either, but I can't get in more than 260 calories a day. I'm not sure if that's normal or not. I find myself chewing food and spitting it out instead of swollowing it.
