  2. I went to gyno for my annual. Im going to try Nuva ring .. I'll let u know how that goes. My doc did breast exam and said he felt fribrods and nod particular we needed to keep check on. 4. I went to Dr. Johnson at Atlanta Baractrics. I started at Emory as well last year and was doing the Optifast and their program was all over the place! So, I left. To start the process, you have to attend a orientation meeting. At the orientation, they give you a wonderful packet that includes all the information you will need. The most important thing is the insurance page that list exactly what to ask them to find out what's coveted etc. They pretty much take care of everything - even making sure you schedule 2 or 3 appts in one day to save u time. You can email, fax, or have docs send papers to them ad you complete items and they put the packet together and send to your insurance. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

  10. The have lots of information out there, but birth control pills are less effective because they ate controlled through the gut/stomach, sois the implant in the arm. They recommend something that works with the lower bowels like Nuva ring and/or IUD. The patch is more effective than pills. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

  14. Hi Connie, Would he ever go to a support group and listen to others stories? I took my husband to meet with the doctor and his discussion with another make seem to work a little better. He could relate to even when you lose weight u don't shrink the stomach, so there is always that Hungar to fill it all the way back up. Which makes WLS so successful, because u eliminate that need. 17. Hey, what part of town r u in? As far as soft foods go, you may want to stick to Soups so Panera or Jasons deli is a good place. Are you able to eat eggs? If so, u can go to IHop and get the healthy plate which is egg with spinach and tomatoes with a side of fruit. If u like sea food and your approaching 3/4 weeks you can eat crab legs or scallops from several places - no dipping sauce of course. Send me I'm if u need names of more places!!!
