What does your liquid stage consist of?

No sugar added juices,Popsicles ,clear broth,crystal light,propel,decaff coffee & tea ,1protein shake.

I start bowel prep on tmrw

Good luck with the surgery ladies...im going in Monday if all goes well. I start my 2 day clear liquids at midnight. I cheated and bought a few things in smaller sizes already! lol

I cheated with food tonight. Four chips with buffalo chicken dip.

I think I will be In the different mind set when it's I can't.

I know we should all follow what are surgeons say to a T. But it's hard when you still have all the hunger pains. I was at a tupperware party tonight and their were all types of dishes

Lots of august 27th alright! That's my sisters birthday. Good luck to all of you.

Well today is my date ! I am ready to start this journey,show time10:30 surgery @1:30.its strange but I'm not nervous or scared.

This all may change once I get to the hospital. It was pour rain early this morning ,went and sat on my porch & had sometime alone .

Prayed & and gave praise for what's to come. I'm Blessed!
