  1. Ditto on the last question...no choice for me being only 3 months out.
  2. About 4 weeks out and it was no big deal. I sipped on some wine and it had no more effect than it ever did.
  3. Don't listen to them. Only you know what this means to you. I say this as I enjoy a nice glass of chardonnay after doing my exercise for the day.
  4. I couldn't have said it better myself.
  5. I had to take a really long test of true or false question. Some were so stupid I actually snapped a pic of the page to show my hubby when I got home. Afterwards, I talked to the psychologist for maybe 15 min. It was just like chatting with a friend. That was it, no big deal at all.
  6. My knees do the same thing every time I walk up and down the stairs in my house. A stair climbing machine would be my last choice for exercise. I use my treadmill almost every day.
  7. I've been taking them since I was around 2 weeks out. I chew them into little bits and then let them dissolve in my mouth. I like the peach flavor the best.
  8. I get shingles 2-3 times a year for the last 30 years. If you are feeling it in more than one spot you could be in for a big outbreak. The blisters come out in little roundish clusters. You should see a doctor before the blisters erupt, if at all possible.
  9. What a great story, thanks for sharing it with us. And you do look insanely hot!
  10. They look delish! I will have to look for some...maybe even make my once every other year trip to Walmart.
  11. My hot flashes are almost gone and I am thrilled!
  12. Some of the Leslie Sansone walking videos are available on You Tube for free.
  13. I tried crushing my meds the first day home, but the next day I said "the hell with this" and swallowed them whole.
  14. I was fine to drive within three days. I just didn't take pain meds if I had to run to the store or something.
  15. Rena, I LOVE your Ragdolls. I thought I recognized your name and sure enough it is the same Ragdoll cattery I have been looking at online.
  16. Lortab is a narcotic pain med. It should control your pain if you take it before your pain gets too bad. With some people (me) waiting until in too much pain can reduce the effectiveness. You have to stay ahead of the pain. If not, definitely call your doc.
  17. I only ordered one and have used maybe 1-2 scoops out of it. I use ready to drink Protein drinks (Premier Protein) because I like it much better. I would order some samples and see what you like. Here is one place that has samples: http://www.nashuanutrition.com/store/protein-powders/protein-powder-samples-1-serving.html?_vsrefdom=google1&gclid=CPb96s_w5bwCFRQV7AodUB4Aeg
  18. It could be low blood pressure. Are you on BP meds? If so, maybe you should talk to your doctor about reducing them. Otherwise, it can be dehydration and/or you are not getting in enough food. Call your doctor! That's all I've got.
  19. No wonder I'm losing so slowly. I am on Metoprolol. Thanks for the info!
  20. Congrats on your awesome achievement, Bea!!! Today's weight: 236
