Idol...
i really liked constantine he had a lot of charisma I think he had one bad week and they give him the boot I don't know I think people feel bad for scott simon was really harsh to him and people have empathy for that also the comments from constantine mom did not help you have to praise your son and she was negative about his teenage years and stuff it will be very interested who actually wins.

Splenda
I heard that artificial sweeteners boost your blood sugar and they are not good to have my sister who is thin told me that years ago when she lost a bunch of weight she said it is better to use sugar it metabolizes quicker in your body.

Please Help!!
I think what ever method you choose you will have to be commited to have it work the band is probably more work than bypass and my doctors told me you lose 50p of your excess weight that isn't satisfying to me i want to lose 100 lbs myself but I am determined and I hope the band will help me personally the bypass had to many complictions and it is permanent meaning forever your insides are gone and rearranged I am not banded yet but that is the info I got from meeting and drs. what ever method you choose hopefully the ultimate goal is to lose weight and keep it offffff.

pictures in my mind
It is so funny I didn't think I looked that bad but then you see a picture and you almost puke. You just cannot believe it is you. I don't care how you slice it america thinks fat people are lazy and lack self control I personally think it is in your genes if you got the fat gene you can do everything literally starve and you have the tendency to be fat years ago when I said that to one of the diet centers I joined they said no now years later they have discovered it is in your genes look at mother and daughter couples where the mother is obese or father it is passed to their children I have tried so many diets and the only time I maintained a reasonable weight never skinny it was when I literally starved myself and ate hardly nothing. so there is my take on it all sad but true.

4 weeks out and getting hungry..
My doctor told me you don't get restriction until 4-5 fills they don't even fill the band at the time of surgery because you get swollen fromthe surgery itself it just takes time to get to that right point hang in there.

Did anyone have to get a Venae Cavae Filter?
The filter is put in to filter the blood to collect any clots that form in surgery so it doesn't travel to your heart or lungs it is a precautionary thing for your safety

they stitch the skin of your stomach around the band to hold it there I believe
-
Reflux Revisited???
I just went for my surgical consult and they said if you have acid reflux at night it is probably that the band had slipped or eroded not to get you worried but you have to probably get it checked up plus the acid eats away at the band let us know how everything is.
