I confess that I miss wine more than food.< /p>
I confess I'm afraid of loosing my butt!
I confess I hate exercise.
I confess that I cant wait to loose 50 lbs and see my ex.
I confess my life is lonely right now.
I confess I haven't decided what i will tell people when my weight loss becomes apparent.
i confess i will not give out Halloween candy for fear I might eat some of it.
I confess I will be purchasing a slutty costume tomorrow that I will wear next year.

I confess that I don't exercise
I confess that I don't ever get in all my Protein or fluids
I confess I don't take my Vitamins
I confess that every once in awhile I will eat a chip
I confess that I haven't felt this good in a very long time

I confess that I still think about an ice cold Diet Coke. Every. Single. Day.
I confess that if I am out making a decision about what is best for me to eat, I still order WAY too much.
I confess that for ELEVEN days, my scale did not move and it terrified me.
I confess that I can't wait for the day that shaving my legs and "stuff" doesn't require two hours and an oxygen tank!
I confess that tonight at dinner, I snuck a noodle - Oh the HORROR!
Can I keep going?
I confess that I can't wait to read more and more and more confessions from others!

1. I confess that I don't exercise as much as I should either.
2. I confess that I sometimes miss being able to eat like I used to.
3. I confess that after lising 70 lbs. my biggest thrill was being able to shop in the "normal" clothing section this past weekend.
4. I confess that I weigh myself every time I walk by my scales.
5. I confess that I was shocked to see a picture of what I look like right now because when I look in the mirror I still see me as heavier than what I am.
6. I confess that my self esteem has improved significantly.
7. I confess that having this surgery is the best decision I have ever made and that I'm loving every minute of it!

I love this thread and posted to it a long time ago, but have some recent confessions! 1) I love shopping for clothes. 2) I'm shocked at the sizes I can wear 3) I'm shocked at how fast my clothes become too big 4) I'm still pissed that my weight loss has slowed down because as much as I enjoy shopping and getting new clothes because what I have is too big, I do want to get to goal so I can be a stable weight. I always feel like I have nothing to wear because I constantly need to replace things. 5) I lost at least a shoe size, so I have to replace all of them, too. Of course, I always need a new purse to go with everything else! 6) I promise, I do think about things other than shopping.

I confess that I dreaded giving away my bigger clothes to Goodwill cause some still had the tags on.

That's the foamies aka the slimies . . . most people get it after eating too fast or eating too much. So really, really cut back on the amount you eat in one sitting and on how fast you eat and see if that helps. They can also be caused by a food or supplement that disagrees with you. I got the slimies after taking a mineral supplement that my body apparently did not want.
Relief from slimies is usually either walking or lying down on your back and resting, depending on which makes you feel better. My surgeon's office says do NOT, under any circumstances, make yourself throw up. That can be very dangerous for sleeve patients. You just have to wait it out, then try to figure out what caused it so you can avoid doing it again. If it keeps happening, definitely get in touch with your surgeon's office for help figuring it out. Good luck to you!

Is good advice. It's the slimies. Along with overeating, sometimes a food will do this. SO try new foods one at a time, and if you have a problem, cut it out for a month or two. This WILL get better, but the slimies ain't no fun!

I don't think my incisions ever bothered me. Quite honestly I didn't feel much pain throughout the entire process. (Shots and the IV was more painful than anything else) and I never touched the pain killer button they hooked me up to while in the hospital and never took any of the pain meds that were prescribed once I got home.
What I did feel was more of an overall soreness. My stomach felt sore, like as if I had just done 4million sit ups or crunches....I think I felt sore like that for about a week and a half post op.

I shouldn't complain in the fact I haven't lost that much weight so fast as other people have. cause looking at this picture I have lost lots of inches.my pants & tops are fitting me big .so if you don't see results in pounds you will in inches so keep your head up we can accomplish anything we put our mines to do.

Numbers on the scale mean nothing. Maybe take your measurements instead. You look great, and you can totally see a difference. Good job!
