Terrilen This happens to all of us. keep your chin up and don't be too hard on your self! When are you getting banded! Was the optifast your presurgery diet?

Hey girls I must pipe in and say Trish is LOTS of fun.... but no trouble maker in her bones LOL!!! Some of you bandsters have got to be closer distance to Trish than I am and I even managed a couple day visit to Albuquerque... I drove all the way from Mississippi to meet that girl!!! HEHE!!! I hope I can make it back some time again too .... we had a blast !! Trish I guess your cyber space band buddies on LBT will have to be close enough!! LOL!!

my surgery took about an hour! You will be under so fast it will only seem like a few minutes and you will be awake again! You will be fine You will be in band land real soon!

Indigestion or gas pressure is normal right after surgery. It should go away in a week or so...Try gasX. I know my dr let me do cream of wheat during my mushy phase but check with your dr to see if it is okay for you.I did alot of cream soups once I got to mushy stage... I did campels Soup alot but took out the noodles during full liquids. Good luck with the start of your weight loss journey. Welcome to band land!

Beth The waiting game will drive you nuts!! I thought I'd nevr get an answer. Tick/tock/tick/tock.... your band clock is ticking and you will be banded before you know it. Hang in there and go work off some of that nervous energy!!! I think my house was spotless till I had surgery LOL!!! Good luck and I hope you get an answer soon!!

I will deffinatly say a pray for you!!! What is your bmi and how much weight do you need to lose? Also if you do get turned down again have you thought of self paying for your band or is that even an option for you ? Good luck and no matter what happens, Don't ever give up on getting your health back!! Keep your chin up and let me know if you get approved!!
