  1. I thought so. I was just confused by all the Medicare talk.
  2. Photoshop. I imagine whoever did it has a high level of skill. It's a good job.
  3. I am not sure if Medicare covers people visiting from over sea's.
  4. Actually, it really varies from doctor to doctor. It might be worth emailing a couple of surgeons in the area you plan to stay for a quote.
  5. I have a treadmill , boxing bag and free weights.
  6. Nope 30 minutes of cardio isn't enough at all. Hard as it is to hear. At least 60 minutes of really, really fast walking is needed to get any sort of a work out (you need to be sweating, and you need to be breathing harder than usual) Good luck.
  7. So THAT'S the maturity you were crapping on about? Sweet. Me thinks you did mean the first post the way it sounded. Thanks for clearing that up. I would LOVE to see where newbie's have been attacked like you claim though. And for future reference. Everything is about me. You haven't been around that long have you? (pats Beka on the head) Run along now love.
  8. Maybe the "Someone" shit is wearing a wee bit thin? If you don't want people thinking that you really DO think that the "Oldies" who have got to goal are obnoxious, condescending and self righteous, perhaps you should say what you mean, and mean what you say. Because it is sounding more and more like your first post was your true feeling on the subject. And I do hope you are not trying to say that *I* have been PM'ing you with attacks... Because I have never PM'd you, or anyone else in an aggressive manner.
  9. I don't think I have actually seen anyone directly treated like you describe (feel free to link me to a post where it has actually happened if it indeed has) I know that there have been playful threads where very tired questions get thrown about, and silly answers given... But I am yet to see anyone treat a newbie like they were a child.
  10. I never claimed to be mature. Nor do I ever want to be if I have to take myself seriously all the time.
  11. It's not about demonizing people. It's an economic decision.
  12. That's what I was thinking too.
  13. It's 6.05pm Wednesday evening, in sunny Queensland.
  14. And it has to be HUGE and glittery!
  15. Is R&R's always this much fun?
  16. Do an "Oldie" a favour and fix her typo in your quote. kthxbye.
  17. You will have to type louder. I can't hear you from up here on my high horse
  18. I would make it bigger... But then it would annoy me. And lets not forget... It's all about meee.
  19. I love it too. There is something there for everyone to hate. I am thoughtful like that
  20. Forgive me if this has been suggested (I only skimmed the thread, feel free to spank me) What about making R&R's permission only. Like you have to PM a mod to get access? So if you want in, you can get in. But if you don't wanna know what goes on in R&R's you don't have to see it in "New Posts"?
  21. LJM is very good people. What was said wasn't meant to be hurtful to the newbies, quite the opposite actually. It was an idea to stop feelings getting hurt. (Correct me if I am wrong, LJM, but that's the way I took it)
  22. I please to aim. Me too. I thought it fit. My almost 11 year old DS read your post (over my shoulder when I snorted, farted, then snorted again) and said "Losing weight didn't make you that way, you were always self righteous, obnoxious and condescending" And collapsed into fits of laughter. My kid, much like his mother, calls 'em like he sees 'em. No offence taken, and I hope none given. I get pissed, but I get over stuff very quickly. Life's too short. Like my memory.
  23. I like you. I think we shall keep you. That was one of the coolest headed replies to a thread like this I have ever read.
