I was at first very nervous and extremely moody from the diet changes, but I am much happier, have a positive mind set, and the liquid diet is going surprisingly well. I don't even think about food. No, it's not what you think, I'm in love with my sleeve. As much as I love and want to eat carbs everyday, I cant seem to handle more than two tablespoon of Pasta, rice and whatever carb I was craving for. Even fruits like banana which I use to inhale 4 big ones in a day but now, I'm always putting half of it in the fridge to eat for later. What can treat me better than my sleeve? Nothing for now. I'm in love with my sleeve (sorry hubby).

I agree. The insurance was the one thing I was so nervous about, but my husband agreed that if they didn't cover then Mexico it was. The whole fare w surgery and stay including flight is aprox 5 grand right? The day of we should tell share our weight, and goal weights and check in on each others progress

Started my pre op yesterday! So excited/nervous/frantic/I don't even know lol. Still so many crazy feelings as I'm hearing is completely normal. I wish I could close my eyes and wake up to November 13th. Have been doin great so far. With a positive mind I know I've got this.

Yay! Another sleeve buddy! Lol you're so right honey, this is all worth it. We've got to keep our eye on the prize. I think we may all have similar diets. Clear liquid, 3 Protein Shakes, veggies, small meat, or a lean cuisine meal? Thats mine. I'm also gettin the headaches. Tonight I felt dizzy. 8 lbs in 3 days is wonderful!! I can't wait either

hello my name is Jason and Im an alchoholic, no wait. wrong web site, yes I lust for the baconader at wendy and a giant Dr Pepper and snickers and fried fish and popcorn ect. but PEOPLE that is the food that made our jea ns tight and our t shirts tight and underwear tight and I can only speak for myself, but I refuse to go back to that.

Oksleeveme22, YES GIRL!! That is exactly how I feel. I know it's going to he for the better to but isn't it so hard but help feeling like this? I'm just so anxious to know my date so I can get the surgery done and start living day by day into enjoying life. Best of luck to you all

Thanks for all the feed back. My bmi is 42 and I would love to lose 130 lbs, but anything will be great and satisfying at this point. Thanks for sharing Kathy. The tattoo sounds really cute. I'm also glad to hear from everyone else about the tats because I have some pretty detailed work especially the two portraits of my children, I'd hate for them to change but as mentioned I have an amazing artist so I'm sure he will be able to work with what is done lol. And you sir look soooo amazing! Job well done!

Question. My body is my canvas and I am covered in tattoos. I've decided to wait till my surgery to get a bunch more but I was wondering if the tattoos I do have will look the same after the weight loss? Anyone?
