I want the whole entire package!! I already love myself, just not what ive done to myself and now I'm going to try and do something good for myself, so that I can SEE THE GOOD on the outside as well:). Love this...all of these women weigh the same weight...even though we KNOW this intuitively, it is a nice reminder that we shouldn't be a slave to the actual number that the scale says because it means very little.

Ok here comes the bully! Cheating on a diet???
Oh my yes we've all done that!
BUT the after surgery "eating" plan is there for a reason it's not a typical diet. It is in place to give your stomach time to heal. Lets not forget that someone just went in the and cut and burned that sucker length wise, and then stapled it back together!!!
Your stomach is still swollen and numb. And chances are you won't "feel" much in there right now.
Like I said this is not cheating on a diet this is a dangerous thing to do. If you want to cheat wait until you are in the clear, trust me there will be plenty of time to cheat yourself then!

Remember everyone I know we are all dying to taste some real food but please do your best to follow your doctors instructions. I keep telling myself I am stronger than the food that I have consumed all these years that helped me blossom to 303 pds. Mind over matter..We are stronger than the food we put into our mouths. Take a walk, read a book, watch a movie, drink a few sips of your favorite Protein Shake (we can never get enough of those good ole Protein drinks) or just take a nap. Be strong

So sad to hear that your decision was based on what strangers told you. I'm not being ugly but did u lie to the psychologist? Bc u don't seem to have been prepared mentally at ALL, ND tisk tisk if u did fib bc now, you seem to b paying such a high price. At this point, stop posting n reading these forums nd go get some more therapy, esp., talking about dying WHEN your hair falls out! Really, for your sake, I pray to God that you go nd seek some prof advice nd stop posting. You need some face to face real talk not anything close here nd ik people r trying to help you, but it seems to be feeding something else inside of you instead of giving you the help you crave nd or need. God bless.

If you don't or can't get them in curvy you are going to end up in the hospital for dehydration!
You should be drinking an ounce every 15 minutes or so.. Can you not do that? I know it's kinda like a full time job in the beginning..

Maybe with your Project Manager, when she wants to chitchat about weight loss, you could divert her with "I'd love to, but before we talk about that, I really need to catch you up on some key information and updates about how my work is going right now."
I think jensjoy is right--it's hard sometimes to hit that good balance of not too much attention/feeling like your progress isn't even noticed. Hang in there.

Okay. There is a lot in there.
The masturbation? I don't see that as being a big deal, after all you were doing it to. If anything, I felt a bit sad for your husband reading that, sad that he was left to listen through the door rather than have a healthy participation in each others enjoyment. I find your hiding to masturbate just as unhealthy as him listening through the door.
The emails and Facebook and phone stuff? I don't relate. At all. I say nothing online or on my phone or even in my life that I would not share with my husband. I don't live a life of intrigue. We are partners in this life and he can access my Facebook, emails, phone or anything else he desires at any time. Not that he ever does, but that's not the point. The point is, I do nothing or say nothing I would not be comfortable with him seeing. I read your post and it is clear he is feeling insecure. Does he have cause to feel insecure? Can you reassure him of his security? Because hiding what you do or say does not communicate security, it communicates concern. I am not saying that he should be 'spying' on your online activity, but rather you should ask yourself whether you are concerned about what he might find. Look to your own behaviour first as you have control over that.
The bit that screamed out for me has been said by others. You have a child in the house, a very young child, with someone who is acting impulsively and potentially dangerously. The making drugs in your kitchen thing is alarming. While you have come back in later posts and played this down I am more concerned that you still don't have a clear picture of just what he was making.
The whole thing paints a picture of a couple who are not communicating, not just not communicating well but not communicating at all. Counselling sounds like a good place for you both to get some assistance in learning how to communicate. But first I would encourage you to take a good long hard look at your own behaviour in this situation. I am not saying his behaviour is without question, far from it, but I am saying your behaviour doesn't look so great here either and perhaps there is some personal responsibility to be taken.

I think it was good that you staggered your surgeries. If something had gone wrong for both of you post-op, you'd both be unable to be there for the other. At least this way, you can be there for her.

Your body has just endured an extremely traumatic event. Give yourself time to heal before you worry about stalls. Just keep doing what your doing and the weight will come off...do you measure yourself? I would suggest taking a break from the scale and using a tape measure instead. Sometimes the scale can be deceiving...and you might be losing inches. Better yet, just throw the damn scale away and free yourself from that worry for awhile...the weight will still come off even if you aren't weighing every week.

I have went down a cup size and 5 band sizes since my surgery 5/29. My husband actually asked me if I could stop losing it in my boobs, and try to work out other parts of my body. Like I have a choice where I loose it, Im just grateful to loose, MEN!!!!

I've noticed mine are starting to get looser also. I don't want to lose them though. When that's the one thing you're only ever complimented on, you start to appreciate what ya have! But hey I'd rather be flat chested than morbidly obese.

Um I have love that I got my sleeve, am wouldn't change it for the world. That being said my boobs are not small then they where when I was in high school before I gained all my weight. I was naturally before weight gain a 34D a large D after I gained I was 40F and a large F. Now 7 1/2 months later and almost 100 pounds down I got measured at Victoria Secret I am a 36B, oh my gosh a B. I actually teared up when she told. My boobs have always been one of my favorate things about my body and now well they are gone. I am learning to deal with it and am saving to get them bigger and lifted. However again I would choose small boobs and being healthy over my big boobs any day, but it is a bit depressing I will say, lol!

Context is everything, CoreyCan. The OP here is one who has told people on this site that they look better in their before pictures than their after pictures and that kind of message sticks with people and does not encourage people to fall over themselves to support her as a consequence.
Janice is certainly free to post what she likes, as she did with her comment in her earlier thread about the before photos, just as Deez and others are free to post what they like. There is no requirement for support and also sometimes the harsh truth is support, sometimes blunt honesty is just what people need to knock them out of their denial and self destruct mode.
