  16. I'm at my 1 month post op appt with my surgeon and everything is wonderful! I've lost a total of 41.5 lbs since I began this lifelong journey and 29.5 in the month since my surgery. I am so excited about life and I look forward to doing so much more livin'! As young as I am (22), I feel like I've just had a rebirth and this new me is awesome!
  17. Ooh thanks for all the suggestions, guys :-) Greek yogurt is where it's at!
  18. I was never big on Greek yogurt because it was just too plain-tasting for me. I decided to suck it up and be a grown up and eat the yucky stuff and ya know what? I do believe I'm addicted now lol I bought Chobani 0 percent (1 black cherry and 1 pomegranate) and they were soooo delicious. Unlike the plain kind, these have fruit at the bottom and they have 0 fat, 21g sugar and 14g of Protein per container. Definite win :-)

  27.    Linkinchik reacted to a post in a topic: 6 months out!
  28. I guess this would count as a scale victory but for the first time in over 8 years, I can see the backs of my knees. I no longer have to dig in the fat connecting them to my calves when lotioning up my legs! This is the start of wonderful things to come! Preop weight - 348 DOS 6/17 - 336 Current weight - 316 So happy! Yay
  29. Thank you, everyone :-)
