Greek yogurt equals yum!
I was never big on Greek yogurt because it was just too plain-tasting for me. I decided to suck it up and be a grown up and eat the yucky stuff and ya know what? I do believe I'm addicted now lol I bought Chobani 0 percent (1 black cherry and 1 pomegranate) and they were soooo delicious. Unlike the plain kind, these have fruit at the bottom and they have 0 fat, 21g sugar and 14g of Protein per container. Definite win :-)

The stitch finally popped! Yay I'm 31 days post-op, and the stitch in my muscle on my right side has finally popped...at least I think that's what it was. Anyway, the point of all this is: No more pain! Woohoo!- I Am So Happy!
I guess this would count as a scale victory but for the first time in over 8 years, I can see the backs of my knees. I no longer have to dig in the fat connecting them to my calves when lotioning up my legs! This is the start of wonderful things to come! Preop weight - 348 DOS 6/17 - 336 Current weight - 316 So happy! Yay- Could It Be?

I'm 3 weeks post op and this is one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life.- Can hiatal hernia prevent me from being sleeved
