I am 10 days post op today and had my first follow up visit.

Hey, PClemons79 I'm from Westville and going to Dr. SIATRAS! HE IS AWESOME!

My dr said protien shakes and low carb bars all day starting 2 weeks before. Started last Monday I stead of last Wednesday. Lost 13 lbs already. I drink the Advantedge shakes and Atkins bars.
Nothing exciting but I want to follow all instructions so I have a positive outcome! Paying cash for all of this........ ~~~~ Teri

My surgery is on 8/2

I'm 6 months and have lost 101 pounds surgery date 1/21/13 starting weight 299 now 198

My wedding was Saturday night and I did a swing dance with a good friend of mine- and he legit picked me up! My husband also picked me up during our first kiss!

The cat came back, the very next day- the cat came back- he couldn't stay away
I did week 6 day 1. I just can't go back, it's like rereading a book or watching a movie twice in a month. NEVER, I say!! O_O
So I did this below. It was so soooo hot even at 8:15 pm-9. Humidity about stopped me but I kept on. Poured Water over my head when I got to the van.

Really hoping for an August date...fingers crossed!

Scheduled with Dr. Garcia in Mexico for August 28th!!!!

Well, now were not sure if the date but know its August 2nd or 9th. My doctor told me to get off my depression medicine and use another if possible. I have done so and have lost 11 pounds very quickly. I'm somewhat stunned .

Dr's office just emailed me...they got my insurance approval....YAY!!!!

Good morning everyone! This morning I weighed 180!!!! When I started my pre-op diet in January, I was 237....surgery date was 2/4/13. Total loss is 57 SO EXCITING!!! Now get to enjoy losing the last 35lbs.

Almost 5 months post op and down almost 75 lbs!!!
