I am scheduled for surgery at 10:15am Monday I have to be there 8:45am chk in...I have been on liquid diet for 2wks they didn't tell me anything different but I can't have anything to drink or eat after midnight before. Can't wait!!!

Good luck August sleevers. I'm 3weeks post and i will tell you, stay strong on the pre-op diet. It was hard and depressing and I kept freaking out that I was never going to be able to eat or enjoy food again. Not so. The pre-op is the hardest part. Wish I hadn't stressed so much during it. You all are going to be so happy in a few weeks!!! I'm excited for you. Hang in there. The good stuff is coming.

Yeah I was worried about things people said .. like they couldn't drink the same Protein Shakes after surgery so I only baught a few just in case! Lol

I start my 2wk liquid diet Monday 8-5. I have surgery on the 19th... I have to go find a Protein Shake that will not make me sick. Artificial sweeteners make me very nauseous give me Migraines. Wish me luck! !

I am apart of the lap band forum and if you try to bring up anything other than the lap band they chew u up and spit u out. Lol. But I have done my lap band research and now the sleeve but I wanted to hear from real people and what they think so thank you for responding
