getting closer

I start my 2wk liquid diet Monday 8-5. I have surgery on the 19th... I have to go find a protein shake that will not make me sick. Artificial sweeteners make me very nauseous give me migraines. Wish me luck! !

    Maybe you should speak with your surgeon or NUT for their suggestions. You don't want to spend money on shakes that make you ill. Good luck!
