  1. I'm much more comfortable wearing them than not.
  2. I ALWAYS wear compressions when working out- helps a whole lot!
  3. Thanks! I think it's funny I get "cute" and called a "little girl" quite often. I guess I'm looking younger these days... I'll take it!
  4. Thanks y'all! And @@Tammylb, congrats...looking forward to seeing your pics!
  5. Ok, I'm guessing this is a "stall"... Because I'm sure as hell not finished! Obviously a little frustrated, but I'll get there. Here are the pics Also, other pics in my 10 month album along with pics of food I eat.
  6. Images added to a gallery album owned by Mrs.RRn in Member Photo Gallery
10 th Month Post-Op, a weight loss surgery photo album by Mrs.RRn on BariatricPal. 20 photos in Member Photo Gallery.
  7. You're my hero! ... Ok, maybe not hero, but I do very much admire your posts & lifestyle. So, for these and the others, thanks.
  8. Insurance pisses me off! I was a self pay and paid only $9600 in the US. It's a damn shame hospitals & physicians jack up their prices so much just to get money from the insurance companies. It's ridiculous.
  9. Everyone is intimidated by our physique. LOL
  10. I wonder if there's a difference - green vs yellow boogers? How about just white or clear snot??? Seriously, someone needs to be studying this. If the Government reads this they will appoint a Committee and allot 4 Billion Dollars for research. Shhhhh! My tax dollars have paid for worse things... Maybe this would actually be useful!!

  12. Since we're going muscles here... Lol. Mine aren't quite as nice.
  13. I work out most days 1-3 hours. I don't know why you wouldn't if your goal is to be healthier... But to each his own. Of course you lose weight quicker with surgery, or else no one would be crazy enough to do it. Lol For ME, exercise is an important part of life. If you already have it in your routine, you'll find it easier and easier to exercise as the lbs drop off.
  14. Versed is usually the drug of choice for EGDs here in the US. I've never heard of being sedated completely. But Versed does create an amnesia response, so many people may think that way.
  15. I'm about to invest in my 3rd set of bras--- I wish they had trade-in value bc I enjoy nice unmentionables.
  16. Sweets, carbs, straws, diet coke.... I'm shocked. And don't at all feel deprived as others say. Love it!
  17. You should call your doc instead of asking us (I mean, we're smart and everything, but that's what you paid him for)
  18. At 2 weeks I was still on liquids too. I'm 10 months out now and don't eat more than 3 oz. don't hurt yourself now.
  19. Preop diet varies quite a bit. I had liquids the day before- that's it.
  20. Mine started at 3 months and slacked at 7 months. At months 8-10 it's growing back slowly.
  21. IF I ever do a big cheat, it'll be on pizza. It's the only food I crave that I forbid myself to have until goal.
  22. Keep up with the water and protein. And ask your doc about adding B12. That helped me with weakness/dizziness I had around 2-3 weeks.
