  1. I was never prescribed it - never needed it. But that sounds like a decision you and your doc should make together.
  2. I no longer have breasts... Just saggy nipples. Oh so sad. Luckily silicone & a lift will fix that one day. Age: 26
  3. It really depends on how you're feeling. You might feel like a train wreck, you might feel ok. I felt good on day 5, but probably not good enough to do bridesmaid duties.
  4. So, I've gotten some great advice & learned from some great mentors here on BP. This is what I I follow... The best advice I've ever received (and I live by it): 1) UNDER-EAT YOUR SLEEVE ..... "I can eat 1cup of rice. Is that to much"... Well, yeah. If your doc tells you 1/2 cup of food, why are you even putting a cup in front of you??? Other great advice: 2)Water WATER WATER 3)you aren't a naturally thin person, don't try to live like one.
  5. Bring snacks for on- the- go: nuts, beef jerky, protein bars.
  6. This is my Latte' And this sums up our relationship.
  7. I had one with frozen yogurt too... I thought I was going to DIE!
  8. I'm very happy to be where I am. Although, I do want to lose just a few more. But strange part: I can see ribs, my bones stick out, but at 129lbs, I'm still OVERWEIGHT.... Can't wrap my head around that one! lol. BMI charts are dumb sh*t.
  9. You may be somewhat dehydrated but that did NOT cause all those symptoms. Def force fluids and BRAT diet sounds good until you see your doc. Best of luck! Keep us updated!
  10. For protein I'd say about 80 per day
  11. Just got out of a relaxing bubble bath.. And with the dim lighting behind me, my ribs cast shadows on my chest. From my clavicles to my sorry excuse for boobs, I can see every rib on my chest wall. I'm not sure if I'm excited or afraid. Honestly, I'm excited, but I know it'd sound a little sick to "normal" people.
  12. At about a year out I eat 3oz (sometimes 2) of meat and about a tbsp of veggies. And I'm very comfortable with that.
  13. I'm looking to do a "skinny" photo shoot like this tool how did u find a photographer? Online or was it someone u knew. And did u have outfits picked out yourself? Or did they help suggest so outfits? I found this photographer on the internet. She does only boudoir photosensitive is the best in my area. She offers an option to choose outfits or you can bring your own. I brought my own. But she did send a very helpful and detailed list of suggestions as far as colors & outfits to avoid, shoe styles, accessories, and all that. It made shopping a little easier.
  14. @@Madam Reverie - delightful, yet evil.
  15. Post all of them??? I'm sure I'd be banned from this site. Lol
  16. But it's week two and I didn't lose any weight, and I lost 40 lbs the first week. I don't understand. This isn't working. I'm too weak from clear liquids to use the search box.... lol
  17. Those are some cheap ones they threw on me. If you like lashes, check out Velour lashes. They're my fav. Beautiful and fluffy. And the dark duo glue.
  18. Why disappointing? Disappointing because the people who give me attention (mainly men) would've never when I was heavier- I'm still the same person. Even the men at work are all of a sudden more helpful. Sales people, waiters, strangers are more helpful and nicer- which is great, but weight shouldn't make a difference. I was also recently offered a job I don't think I would've before. It sad that weight determines worth.
  19. Yes. Sometimes I enjoy it, but it's mostly disappointing.
  20. That's why this is the "pg" version.
  21. Thanks. And I haven't chosen my photos yet-- I have just over 200 to choose from for an album of 20 photos. And all 200 look amazing.... Life is hard.
  22. @@MistyAnnMoon829 "I'm a little in love" HAHAHA Me too! Lol. I feel as though I'm looking at a stranger sometimes. It's a fantastic gift for yourself-- I HIGHLY recommend it. I plan on doing it again after plastics.
