  3. Okay guys. So I was sleeved 6/30/14. I did awesome my first two weeks and lost 23.4 pounds. Now I'm in soft foods and I, haven't lost at all. Actually I gained a pound since my last Dr weight in. Am I doing something wrong? Did anyone else have this problem?
  4. Hey guys! I was sleeved 6\30\14. My first 2 weeks I did awesome and lost 23.5 pounds! I was so excited. Now I'm on, soft mushy foods and I haven't moved the scale at all! I, actually gained a pound. I know a pound is nothing but since im at a complete halt with my weight loss I feel like I might be doing something wrong. Did this happen to anyone else this early after the sleeve?
  5. how high is your fever? normally a low grade fever is common because your body is under stress and it naturally runs a fever. But taking Tylenol should suppress this. However a higher fever that isn't coming down with medication could mean infection and requires immediate medical attention.
  6. Your crazy ???? don't worry!!!! Some people just heal faster and u were blessed to be one of them!! Just make sure you take your time and listen to ur body. I'm noticing when I'm full it's a different type of fullness that I'm used to. It kind feels like i have a lump in my chest. It's all an adjustment period
  7. Congrats!!! I'm ten pounds down to!! I agree though I'm not getting much fluids down. Only about 8 oz which scares me a little bc I'm worried about dehydration
  8. How are you doing with your diet so far? I feel like everyday it's getting easier
  9. I'm so glad to see everyone is doing well!!! Maybe someone can shed some light on this. I'm on clear liquids until Sat and then I got to protein shakes. I'm not really feeling hungry but I'm craving things like watermelon. Probably sounds werid. I can't figure out if it's bc in ready to have something more substantial or if I'm bored and just miss chewing on food.... what do you guys think?
  10. They let me go this afternoon. ..however I'm have really bad gas pains in my right shoulder...if this normal? And how do I get rid of it bc it's awful
  11. I'm scheduled for surgery finally!!! June 30th and I'm starting to get really nervous!

  13. Absolutely they have no reason to deny you! Stay positive. And like I said if they do don't worry!!! Just appeal and work through it! I'm in the same boat right now. I have one more NUT meeting and then I'm waiting for my approval. Good luck!!! Keep me updated and keep ur head up!
