help please!

Okay guys. So I was sleeved 6/30/14. I did awesome my first two weeks and lost 23.4 pounds. Now I'm in soft foods and I, haven't lost at all. Actually I gained a pound since my last Dr weight in. Am I doing something wrong? Did anyone else have this problem?

I'm eating tuna, ground turkey lean, mushy veggies, and protein shakes. I've been measuring everything and Im, only able to get 1oz in. Im, drinking all my fluids mostly water.

Well...hang in there..a lot of people get stuck, I'm actually not there yet....I'm still stuck in the yucky protein shake phase, but from what I've read, it sounds like you're doing everything correct.

I think for most everyone be it RNY or Sleeve we all go thru a stall at around 3 weeks. Your body is trying to figure out what the heck is going on and it's still healing too. Hand tight, I guarantee that this will pass.
